Originally from Chester, New Jersey by way of Florida, I'm grateful that Charlotte has been my home for eighteen years. After considering a few different cities, Charlotte was an excellent choice to establish roots and raise my two precious daughters, now all grown up. Madison is an East Carolina University graduate and Erika is at The University of South Carolina. These days, Hunter, my young rescued Black Labrador(ish) gets an extraordinary amount of my attention.

Locally, I'm active in the Village of Marvin, building relationships therein. In addition, I remain closely involved with my neighbors as President of our HOA, garnering an increased knowledge base of covenants, zoning requirements and encroachment issues, plus access to an up-close view of the home buying and selling process from my neighbors' perspectives. On a personal note, I'm no stranger to either side of the real estate transaction, buying and selling dozens of properties, primary and investment, from the beach to the mountains in six states. Each transaction illustrates more and more the utmost importance of having a solid relationship with your agent—one who's accessible, communicative and always has your best interests in mind.
